Olympia Entertainment Ticket Donations
Olympia Entertainment makes every effort to give back to metro-Detroit. When available, Olympia Entertainment provides tickets to local charitable organizations and causes. Please review the information below regarding guidelines and procedures for requesting ticket donations.
Tickets and seating locations are subject to availability and determined by individual event promoters, not Olympia Entertainment. All ticket requests must be made at least six (6) weeks prior to the show date. To be eligible for a donation of tickets, an organization must submit paperwork based on the following checklist:
Letter of request on organizational letterhead describing the following:
- Mission and goals of organization
- Number of tickets requested and if you require wheelchair seating
- Proposed use for the tickets including the charity event date (ex. silent auction for school)
- Contact person (name, phone and email address)
- Copy of the organization’s 501C(3) form and tax exempt identification number
Documents must be submitted together. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
Please note: due to the number of requests Olympia receives, organizations may only submit one request per year. All donated tickets must also be used for the requested charity event and may not be resold. Olympia Entertainment is unable to reprint lost or misplaced tickets.
