I heard my favorite artist will be performing; why isn’t this event listed on OlympiaEntertainment.com? Why is the on-sale and ticket pricing information not listed either?

Upcoming events are not listed on OlympiaEntertainment.com until they are 100% confirmed; therefore, if you hear of an event coming to an Olympia Entertainment venue– and the event is not yet listed on OlympiaEntertainment.com – this event is not yet confirmed and any pertinent event details (on-sale date, ticket pricing information, etc.) are not available at that time.

I am interested in procuring a donation for my charitable event or cause; how do I submit a request?

I’d like to purchase tickets/Why can’t I purchase tickets over the phone with you?

Purchasing over the phone or on-line can be done through Ticketmaster. The only way we sell directly is by coming to the Box Office in person (either here or at the Joe Louis Arena) OR by visiting Hockeytown Authentics store in Troy. The majority of presales are only available for purchase online through Ticketmaster and not by phone or at the Box Office.

If you purchase at a box office or at Hockeytown Authentics there are no service fees.

We sell groups of tickets (usually 10 or more) directly through our Group Sales department (313-471- 3099)

How can I purchase suite tickets?

For Fox Theatre suite information and tickets contact Lisa Williams at 313-471-3235. For Joe Louis Arena suite information and tickets contact Tina Sadows at 313-396-7441. Click here for addtional information on premium seating.

I would like to purchase accessible seating tickets and/or need to know about elevators.

Accessible parking is available on all levels of the Fox Theatre parking structure, next to the elevators. Accessible parking spots are also located in the Joe Louis Arena parking garage and in the Riverfront Executive Lot.

The Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena also have elevators for use at every show. 

Accessible seating tickets for events at the Fox Theatre can be purchased by calling the Accessible Seating Voicemail System at 313.471.3211. To purchase accessible seating for Red Wings games and shows at Joe Louis Arena please call 313-396-7929.

The accessible entrance at Joe Louis Arena is located on Steve Yzerman Drive, just around the corner from the stairs that face Jefferson. There is a sign that says "handicapped entrance" and is directly across from the Riverfront Executive parking lot.

Are tickets still available for a specific show?

Unless you’ve been specifically told a show is sold out, we cannot answer this question. The caller must either find out what’s available when they get to the Box Office OR they can check through Ticketmaster and either purchase through them, or come to a Box Office to purchase. (We sell from the same pool of tickets as Ticketmaster, so whatever they have available is what we have available as well).

NOTE: On the day of a show Ticketmaster does not sell tickets, so individuals must come to the Box Office to purchase.

What time do doors open for a show?

Door time is an hour before show time for all shows, unless otherwise indicated. Doors for suite ticket holders are an hour and a half before show time.

Does the Fox Theatre have a dress code?

The Fox Theatre does not exercise a formal dress code but we encourage patrons to dress appropiately based on the event they are attending.

How much is parking?

Rates depend on what events are being held. Patrons can purchase prepaid parking through Ticketmaster.com.

Where can I park?

Parking for events at the Fox Theatre, Comerica Park and the City Theatre is available in the Fox Parking structure for all events, as well as various lots around the building. The parking structure is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Click here to download a parking map. Parking for event at Joe Louis Arena and Cobo Arena is available in the parking structures, Riverfront Executive lot as well as various lots around the buildings.

Is there free parking if I am just coming down to buy tickets?

Fox Theatre box office customers can park for free in the half circle drive way at the entrance of the Columbia lot on Woodward Ave. Joe Louis Arena box office customers can park for free in front of the Joe Louis Arena box office.
